Grinder

National Pipe & Plastics, one of the largest PVC pipe producers in North America, is seeking a Grinder responsible for processing product into regrind.

About the role

The hours are a 2-2-3 schedule with shifts from 6am to 6pm.

Responsibilities

• Keep work area clean at all times
• Prepare scrap pipe by cleaning, removing gaskets, banding, and wood
• Operate and maintain grinder equipment
• Complete grinder paperwork
• Inventory scrap pipe and regrind
• Perform other duties related to the nature of the job as assigned on a temporary or permanent basis

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Effective verbal and written communication with management and colleagues
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Pay

Hourly pay rate: $21/hr with bonus opportunity.
