What You’ll Do
- Greet guests quickly and create a welcoming, fun atmosphere
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently and professionally
- Provide timely check service and handle payments
- Stay busy - complete side work, stocking, cleaning, and support teammates
- Help bus and reset tables as needed (team-first mindset is key)
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards
- Assist with opening/closing duties and daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Previous serving experience preferred (but not required)
- Comfortable being on your feet for long periods (up to 8 hours at a time)
- Basic certifications (TIPS, CPR/First Aid) are a plus
