Grill Cook-- Corporate Dining

As a Grill Cook with Brock & Company, you’ll take the lead on breakfast and lunch favorites, daily specials, and made-to-order menu items while working with a supportive team that values quality, creativity, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
- Execute menu items including daily specials for breakfast and lunch meal periods using a grill/flat top.
- Operate fryer, pizza oven, steamer, soup kettle, and convection oven.
- Assemble, operate, and disassemble meat and cheese slicers, blenders, mixers, and processors.
- Comprehend verbal and written food recipes, production orders, cooking instructions, and techniques to prepare daily menus.
- Follow all outlined health and safety regulations regarding equipment use and personal hygiene.
- Receive, unpack, unwrap, date, rotate, and stow deliveries.
- Perform other jobs as determined by the supervisor.
- Provide exemplary customer service in a courteous, friendly manner at all times.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate dining environment or similar venue.
- Proven experience using a grill/flat top.
- Knowledge of operating kitchen equipment such as fryers, pizza ovens, steamers, soup kettles, and convection ovens.
- Ability to assemble, operate, and disassemble meat and cheese slicers, blenders, mixers, and processors.
- Positive “can-do” attitude.

$20 an hour
Schedule
Monday through Thursday, 6am-2:30pm
