Grill Cook-- Corporate Dining

About the role

Brock & Company is seeking an experienced Grill Cook for a full-time opportunity in their corporate dining kitchen. This position offers dependable hours, excellent benefits, provided meals and uniforms, and the support of a respected, family-owned company.

Responsibilities

• Handle busy breakfast and lunch service
• Create flavorful daily specials
• Keep the kitchen running smoothly with a positive, can-do attitude
• Execute menu items including daily specials for the breakfast and lunch meal periods
• Operate the fryer, pizza oven, steamer, soup kettle and convection oven
• Assemble, operate and disassemble meat and cheese slicers, blenders, mixers and processors

Requirements

• Comprehend both verbal and written food recipes, production orders, cooking instructions and techniques
• Follow all outlined health and safety regulations with regard to equipment use and personal hygiene

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate dining environment or similar venue
