Grill Cook

Job Summary

We offer competitive pay of $15–$17 per hour, with evening (PM) shifts and the opportunity to work four 10-hour shifts per week for added flexibility. These positions include weekend availability, and we are happy to provide training for candidates who bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and a desire to grow with our team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all grill items to order according to the daily menu.
• Set up, break down and clean the grill station.
• Prepare service line for operation as instructed by Executive Chef and/or Management.
• Check quality of food items, making sure they meet standards of taste, appearance and correct temperature.
• Report any substandard quality to the Executive Chef and/or Management.
• Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner. Use Smile Plus Hospitality Imperatives.

Requirements

• Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
• Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.
