Schedule
The schedule for this position is 6:00AM to 2:00PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Prepare all grill items to order according to the daily menu.
- Set up, break down and clean the grill station.
- Prepare service line for operation as instructed by Executive Chef and/or Management.
- Check quality of food items, making sure they meet standards of taste, appearance and correct temperature.
- Report any substandard quality to the Executive Chef and/or Management.
- Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Use Smile Plus Hospitality Imperatives.
Qualifications
- Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
- Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.
