Grill Cook

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Cooking and preparing meats for our customers.
• Maintaining a clean and organized grill area.
• Keeping food items fresh and properly labeled.
• Notifying management when food supplies are low.
• Cooking food to the appropriate temperature.
• Serving food promptly while following food safety guidelines.
• Handling and storing raw meats and other ingredients safely.
• Assisting with cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.

What You’ll Need

• At least 16 years old.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver's license (preferred).

WORKING CONDITIONS

• See, hear, and speak (verbally and audibly).
• Ascend and descend stairs.
• Sit and stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 30 pounds.
• Bend, stoop, and kneel.
• Work outside in various weather conditions.
• Use a computer for extended periods, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard, and reaching with arms.
• Drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes.
• Function effectively in a fast-paced working environment.
• Report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state.
• Disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals affecting job performance.
• Handle natural and regular stressors on the job.
