Greeter - Restaurant

As a Fricker’s hostess/greeter, you are the first and last person guests will see during their visit. We rely on you to ensure their first impression is excellent and their last impression leaves them happy!

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and inform them of specials and events.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them back.
• Manage a waiting list, seat guests, bus tables, and assist servers.
• Answer phone calls.
• Enter carry-out orders into the POS system, suggestive selling, ensure order accuracy, and handle money.
• Assist servers and managers throughout the dining room.
• Ensure every guest leaves happy.
