Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Acknowledges and greets guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Answers the telephone promptly and politely, using salutations appropriate to the situation.
• Demonstrates a willingness and ability to assist others, monitoring and responding to emergencies on a priority basis.
• Assists visitors with directions, information, and other inquiries.
• Provides guests with information about facilities, meeting rooms, and amenities, ensuring confidentiality is maintained.
• Delivers messages, items, and amenities as requested.
• Reports all accidents and incidents observed on shift to the Guest Service Coordinator or Account Manager immediately.
• Uses equipment appropriately and operates it safely.
• Is knowledgeable of hospital disaster codes and response plans, following established procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three months of related experience or equivalent training.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Skills

• Standard English language reading, speaking, and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to type.
• Understanding of 24-hour and military time systems.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure.

Pay

The hourly base pay is $11 per hour plus tips. Actual compensation may vary based on experience and location.
