Responsibilities

• Greet, wayfind, and welcome patients, family members, hospital staff, other volunteers and visitors in a service capacity.
• Provide direction to hospital facilities and wheelchairs for transportation within the facility.
• Provide excellent customer service in a friendly, calm, professional manner.
