Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Greeter/Front Desk Representative for a contract/temporary opportunity in Jensen Beach, FL. This role supports a model home community within the real estate and property management industry and serves as the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers, guests, and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome prospective homebuyers, visitors, and guests with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor.
- Manage visitor check-ins, maintain accurate visitor logs, and notify Sales Consultants when guests arrive.
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide basic community information, brochures, floor plans, and sales materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area, model home entrance, refreshment area, and welcome space.
- Aid with administrative support including filing, data entry, copying, scanning, appointment scheduling, calendar support, and sales packet preparation.
- Monitor office supplies and marketing materials while following company policies related to visitor security and confidentiality.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $25.00 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/temporary.
- Schedule: Temporary position as needed for vacation days and call outs.
- Hrs: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Dress code: Business professional.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers and guests visiting the model home community.
- Support front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering phones, managing check-ins, and maintaining visitor logs.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including appointment scheduling, data entry, filing, scanning, and preparing sales materials.
- Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming reception and model home environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in reception, front desk, customer service, hospitality, retail, administrative support, or a similar customer-facing role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as basic computer systems.
- Reliable, punctual, customer-focused, and able to work in a polished, hospitality-driven environment.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the sales office schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in new home sales, real estate, property management, hospitality, luxury retail, or a model home environment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or visitor management systems.
- Previous experience supporting a sales office or customer-facing administrative team.
