Greeter/Information Desk

Description

The Volunteer is responsible for greeting everyone entering the hospital, delivering exceptional customer service by providing information and directions as needed and performing various services for patients and staff members as required. The volunteer will receive all visitors to the hospital, administer appropriate passes to visitors, information assistance to telephone callers, continuously update patient information and patient visitor pass files. Works in partnership with patient care units. Identifies and provides individual patient and family needs.
