Responsibilities

• Work closely with patients, families, hospital staff, other volunteers and visitors in a service capacity.
• Establish positive customer rapport with patients, visitors and co-workers while representing Ingalls Hospital.
• Activities include but are not limited to giving directions and information regarding the hospital and its services.
