Greenville Manufacturing - Shipper/Receiver II

Responsibilities

• Conducts cycle counts of finished goods and raw materials.
• Maintains accuracy and integrity of inventory records.
• Schedules and processes orders in Epicor to ensure timely shipping.
• Weights, labels, stores, and ships finished goods according to customer expectations and QMS standards.
• Receives incoming shipments, verifies documentation, and routes to appropriate personnel for inspection.
• Maintains cleanliness of warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.
• Communicates inventory and shipment issues to supervisor.
• Trains and supports Shipper/Receiver I in their role.
• Maintains quality of work output and adheres to QMS requirements.
• Supports plant safety by identifying and eliminating hazards.
• Maintains compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Reports any problems or concerns to supervisor.
• Maintains positive relationships with colleagues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of QMS and Epicor ERP system.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving environment.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
