Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform daily review of accounts and allocate tasks within the team.
- Lead and act as a quality controller within the team to ensure consistency in policy application and customer service provided.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, sales, color Separators, and designers.
- Update specifications for orders used for internal and external customers.
- Separate art provided by customers and submit proof and PDF to customers for approval.
- Perform incoming graphic file inspections.
- Read and understand production order material and finished product requirements.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field strongly preferred.
Experience
- Experience in graphic design or a related field strongly preferred.
- Design software experience, customer service and project management.
- A plus: (Adobe CC, Photoshop, Art Pro, among others); Separation software experience (Esko, Art Pro, Art Pro Plus, Pilot, among others); Microsoft Office experience (Access, Excel, and Microsoft Word).
Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills,
- Detail oriented with a high level of organization,
- Ability to multi-task on several projects at any given time.
Physical Demands
- This job operates in an office and manufacturing environment.
