Graphics Project Coordinator

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform daily review of accounts and allocate tasks within the team.
• Lead and act as a quality controller within the team to ensure consistency in policy application and customer service provided.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, sales, color Separators, and designers.
• Update specifications for orders used for internal and external customers.
• Separate art provided by customers and submit proof and PDF to customers for approval.
• Perform incoming graphic file inspections.
• Read and understand production order material and finished product requirements.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field strongly preferred.

Experience

• Experience in graphic design or a related field strongly preferred.
• Design software experience, customer service and project management.
• A plus: (Adobe CC, Photoshop, Art Pro, among others); Separation software experience (Esko, Art Pro, Art Pro Plus, Pilot, among others); Microsoft Office experience (Access, Excel, and Microsoft Word).

Skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills,
• Detail oriented with a high level of organization,
• Ability to multi-task on several projects at any given time.

Physical Demands

• This job operates in an office and manufacturing environment.
• The employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
• The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to grasp small items, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
