About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our remote team. This role involves leading and executing a wide range of design projects across our digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, branding campaigns, and multimedia content. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative vision, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with the Art Director and Creative Director to interpret strategic objectives into compelling visual designs that enhance user engagement and brand identity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the visual direction of our in-house projects, mentor junior team members, and stay ahead of industry trends. The Senior Graphic Designer will be instrumental in elevating our creative standards and delivering innovative solutions that meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Design or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in digital design roles
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with Figma or Adobe XD for UI/UX design
- Proficiency in Sketch, Procreate, and Canva
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience leading large-scale projects and mentoring team members
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment
- Independent work ethic with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Art Director and Creative Director to translate strategic goals into innovative and engaging visual designs
- Lead high-visibility projects, developing multiple creative directions and guiding cross-functional teams through feedback and refinement processes
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and other creative team members
- Stay informed of current design trends in color, typography, UI, and branding to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of designs
- Create web and mobile UI designs, illustrations, infographics, logos, and brand identities
- Develop branding systems, style guides, and comprehensive design resources
- Represent the design team in cross-departmental projects, managing project timelines and stakeholder expectations
- Participate in group discussions to develop creative solutions and ensure alignment with project goals
- Maintain consistency across all design outputs while pushing creative boundaries
- Ensure all designs meet usability and accessibility standards
