About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, with the option to visit our local offices if desired. The Senior Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in leading design initiatives across a variety of in-house projects, including website redesigns, app interfaces, branding campaigns, illustrations, and multimedia content. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions, a proactive attitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This role requires someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguous projects, providing mentorship to junior team members, and staying ahead of current design trends to ensure our deliverables are modern and engaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Design or related field
- 7+ years of experience in digital design roles
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with Figma or Adobe XD (minimum 1 year)
- Knowledge of Sketch, Procreate, and Canva
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading large-scale design projects and mentoring team members
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment and independently managing tasks
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Art Director and Creative Director to translate strategic goals into compelling visual designs
- Lead high-visibility projects, developing multiple design concepts and guiding cross-disciplinary teams through feedback and refinement processes
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and other creative team members
- Stay informed on current design trends in color, typography, UI, and branding, and apply them effectively to projects
- Design and develop web and mobile user interfaces, infographics, logos, brand identities, and presentation materials
- Create comprehensive branding systems, style guides, and other design resources to ensure consistency across projects
- Represent the Design & Creative Teams in cross-functional initiatives, managing project timelines and deliverables
- Engage in research to understand user needs and incorporate insights into design solutions
- Maintain a proactive approach to project management, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met
