About the role
The role involves leading a team of data analysts to enhance business intelligence through advanced analytics and machine learning techniques. Key responsibilities include developing predictive models, managing data pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive analytics models using statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
- Design and implement data pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and storage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency through iterative testing and validation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and machine learning.
- Experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage and optimize large-scale data sets.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Python and R.
- Experience with data engineering tools and technologies.
