The Job
The Graphic Designer is responsible for designing newsletters, articles, posters, and brochures, filming and editing, and supporting guest experience with a welcoming smile and service.

The Day-to-day Plan
- Create complex campaigns and high-profile jobs from concept to completion
- Work with Creative Management to ensure designs meet corporate and client expectations, are within property budgets, and deadlines are met
- Assist Creative Management with the flow of daily workload and resolution of design, timeline, or production issues
- Provide creative supervision to Designers and Artists, anticipating and solving creative problems
- Assure that property’s design needs are met and property brand standards are maintained
- Communicate project status, timelines, and delivery information to clients and internal teams
- Interface with internal departments, clients, and vendors to resolve issues
- Train and educate employees on design techniques and print capabilities
- Generate high-quality comps for presentation or review
The Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years in design in an agency, in-house, freelance, or prior relevant experience
- Proficient in Photoshop
- An understanding of composition, layout, color theory, and typography
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
