About the role
The Graphic Designer will assist in the development and design of campaigns and programs including digital content and sales collateral material. This role requires collaboration with the marketing and communications team and business units to develop creative solutions for all marketing campaigns and programs.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Channel Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to understand business initiatives and lead the creative team to translate them into thoughtful design and brand expressions.
- Take ownership of the creative work, from concept through execution.
- Create visual content while collaborating across disciplines with designers, photographers, writers, developers, and more to build our brand and increase awareness and customer engagement.
- Drive creative solutions from concept through completion on a variety of media including, but not limited to: omni-channel campaign development, Social & Display ads, Animation, illustration, Print materials, Direct Mail, Event support.
Requirements
- Absolutely required: Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication, Design or Fine Arts.
- Prior experience: Corporate or agency background preferred.
- Minimum requirement: 3+ years of Graphic Design experience.
- Proficiency: Expert level proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
- Portfolio: Strong online portfolio that demonstrates graphic design, art direction, interactive design, typography, storytelling with attention to detail.
- Skills: Strategic creative thinker, strong interpersonal and communication/Creative presentation skills, organized with ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, detail oriented and can review his/her own work carefully, self-starter with the ability to work independently.
