About the role

The Graphic Artist at Suvida Healthcare will design and create a variety of marketing assets for patients and partners. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet both creative and regulatory standards in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality, innovative designs for patient materials, internal communications, social and digital assets with a focus on Suvida’s products/services.
  • Create visually compelling marketing and educational materials including brochures, flyers, infographics, web and email campaigns, social media visuals and presentations, tailored to specific healthcare products or services.
  • Design consistent elements that adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory compliance within the healthcare industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to conceptualize and execute design strategies that align with campaign and communication goals.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept through execution, while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and clients into design revisions, ensuring final outputs meet expectations and objectives.
  • Work independently to develop work that is on strategy.
  • Collaborate with copywriter to deliver creative and strategic assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
  • Bilingual-Spanish required.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a graphic designer.
  • Experience in designing materials for healthcare brands, products, or services.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in both print and digital design.
  • High degree of proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Experience

  • Strong understanding of basic marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Experience with web design and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively within the constraints of healthcare regulations.
  • A big picture mentality and obsession for detail.
  • Ability to maintain brand consistency across different materials.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Ability to work on a team and independently thrive on providing creative solutions to new challenges.
  • Ability to set priorities while handling multiple tasks.
  • Ability to learn quickly and navigate feedback to produce superior final product.
  • Experience executing creative briefs.
  • Ability to transform complex content and transform into simple marketing assets.
  • Proven creative, technical, and scientific aptitude: ability to understand complex concepts and apply technical, detail-oriented and creative thinking throughout the development of each project.
  • A proven ability to present design concepts and strategies to key stakeholders, articulating the vision and rationale behind creative decisions.
  • Experience with medical, legal, and regulatory bodies in the healthcare industry preferred.
