About The Role
NeoPollard Interactive is seeking a talented Freelance Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to shaping the visual identity of Play Alberta, one of Canada's most exciting digital entertainment brands.
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly evolving industry during a transformative period for Alberta's regulated gaming sector. While primarily focused on graphic design, there will be occasional opportunities to support content management tasks, helping to ensure seamless project execution.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and thrives in a remote work environment, collaborating closely with marketing, creative, and content teams to deliver high-quality work that makes a meaningful impact.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and content management
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of visual branding and design principles
- Experience with content management systems and asset organization
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Previous remote work experience is a plus
- Knowledge of HTML5 and content management tools such as dotCMS is advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Create compelling visual assets for email campaigns, websites, social media, paid media, and other marketing initiatives
- Transform game-provider assets into polished, on-brand creative that aligns with Play Alberta's voice and regulatory standards
- Download, organize, and prepare creative assets from game providers for marketing use
- Maintain and update the creative asset management system (Airtable) to ensure organized workflows
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to develop innovative creative solutions
- Contribute ideas during team meetings to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Balance multiple projects while adhering to deadlines and quality standards
- Support content management tasks as needed to facilitate campaign execution
