Responsibilities
- Create covers, templates, layouts, and supporting graphics for proposals and reports.
- Develop presentations and multimedia graphics.
- Create before-and-after photo simulations and aerial map exhibits.
- Design unique brochures, print and digital brochures, and trade show graphics.
- Work on eblast campaigns and social media graphics.
- Handle large format printing and production.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of corporate and/or agency experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or similar field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat).
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Kimley-Horn is a PC-based company).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with a positive, solution-seeking attitude and a high sense of personal responsibility.
- Flexibility to work under tight deadlines and handle simultaneous, varied assignments.
- Ability to work in a team environment, interact with engineers, project managers, and technical staff.
- Experience working within corporate and client branding guidelines.
Skills
- InDesign software for layout of complex documents.
- Video filming/editing and/or motion graphics.
- Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, 3DS Max, or Sketchup.
- Web design experience – WordPress preferred with HTML / CSS knowledge.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
