Graphic Designer
About the role
Freese and Nichols is seeking a Graphic Designer in various locations across Texas, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. The primary responsibilities include communicating strategic messages and brand identity through visual media, supporting business development, recruitment, and internal communications.
Responsibilities
- Create creative concepts, campaigns, and visual stories that support marketing, recruiting, and communication goals
- Develop high-quality graphics and related materials that align with brand standards, format requirements, and project objectives
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and corporate teams to shape project direction and deliver effective visual solutions
- Manage multiple projects, schedules, contributors, and feedback cycles across moderate to complex assignments
- Recommend visual approaches that support business development, recruitment, and internal communication priorities
- Coordinate vendors, budgets, photography requests, and production needs for assigned projects
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 6+ years of professional graphics experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while demonstrating strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking, initiative, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry
- Experience in photography or video production and editing
- Experience in Adobe Express, Adobe Lightroom, or Adobe After Effects
- Experience in motion graphics or animation
- Involvement in a professional organization
