About the role

The Graphic Designer at Farmers National Company creates high-quality print and digital marketing materials that support company initiatives, business development, recruiting, events, communications, and brand awareness efforts. This position works closely with the Marketing team and stakeholders across the organization to deliver professional, engaging, and on-brand creative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Create and produce print and digital advertisements, marketing materials, and communications pieces.
  • Create graphics, logos, icons, templates, presentations, and other visual assets.
  • Ensure consistency with established brand standards across all projects.
  • Manage projects from concept through production and delivery.
  • Prepare final files for print, digital publishing, and presentations.
  • Lead photography efforts, including employee headshots and event photography.
  • Edit, organize, and maintain digital photography and creative asset libraries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals, timelines, and audience needs.
  • Deliver accurate, professional, and high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Recommend creative ideas and process improvements that enhance efficiency and brand impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Associate degree plus 4+ years of relevant experience may be considered.
  • High school diploma/GED plus 8+ years of relevant experience may be considered.
  • 2+ years of experience in an agency, in-house creative team, or design studio environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Photography experience required or strongly preferred, including: Professional headshots, event photography, photo editing, digital asset management.
  • Strong eye for design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
