Graphic Designer

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital, social media, in-arena, print, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop visually compelling, brand-aligned graphics that highlight players, team storytelling, theme nights, and fan experiences.
• Create design assets that support ticket sales initiatives, sponsorship activations, merchandise, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, Content, Partnerships, Community, and Ticketing teams to execute integrated creative campaigns.
• Design tentpole campaign creative including schedule release, draft, playoffs, theme nights, and major organizational announcements.
• Maintain consistency across brand identity, typography, color systems, and overall visual standards across all platforms.
• Prepare final production-ready files across digital and print formats, including in-arena graphics, promotional materials, and signage.
• Aid in developing branded sponsor creative and marketing partnership fulfillment materials.
• Stay current on sports design trends, emerging creative formats, and fan engagement strategies to continuously elevate team branding.
• Manage organization and archiving of creative files and assets while supporting real-time creative needs during games and live events.

Game Day Duties/Responsibilities

• Prepares and edits content immediately for social media.

Job Requirements

• Formal Education & Relevant Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred. 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (sports or entertainment preferred). Professional portfolio demonstrating design and branding capabilities required.
