Core Functions
- Design and produce creative assets across digital, print, including campaigns, email, web, social, corporate and trade materials.
- Create and optimize e-commerce imagery and video, including photography, short-form video, and social-first content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
- Develop high-performing assets for digital marketing, including motion and performance-driven content.
- Translate design direction into cohesive visual systems that reinforce Cotton Incorporated’s positioning and distinct visual identity.
- Develop creative assets for trade shows, events, showrooms, and experiential marketing, including signage, displays, booth graphics, and supporting collateral.
- Present thoughtful design rationale and iterate based on feedback while maintaining a strong creative perspective.
- Contribute creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and brand assets, informed by trends.
- Design executive-level presentations, reports, infographics, and data visualizations that communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Track, organize, and manage digital assets via company DAM for accessibility and scalability.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency, quality, and a cohesive aesthetic across all touchpoints.
- Prepare production-ready files and collaborate with printers, fabricators, and external vendors to ensure quality execution across print and physical environments.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance design workflows, from image generation and retouching to content iteration.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing timelines while delivering high-quality work on schedule.
- Stay attuned to textile, fashion, home, and cultural trends, bringing fresh ideas into the work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within textiles, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-forward, elevated design across both digital and print.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; video editing tools a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office™ Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and workflow platforms such as Asana and Monday.com
- Deep understanding of typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling within a premium context.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly.
- Experience with social media content creation and optimization.
- Familiarity with AI design tools and emerging technologies.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- This position may require domestic and international travel up to 5% of the time.
