Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in the full creative process, from defining requirements to visualizing concepts and producing compelling graphics.
• Shape the visual presentation of websites, magazines, product packaging, and more, all aimed at enhancing brand recognition and fostering audience engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Designer to execute innovative visual communications and develop design, production, and branding skills.
• Independently manage various projects, continuously seek improvements for design capabilities, and maintain internal databases of creative assets.
• Ensure all designs adhere to organizational standards while expressing ideas accurately.

Requirements

• A minimum of an Associate’s degree and an Adobe Certified Professional certification is essential.
• At least two years of experience in advertising, media, or graphic design.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud and advanced computer skills.
• Familiarity with email marketing software.
