The Products & Industries Creative team at [Company Name] is seeking a Contract Sr. Designer with exceptional design skills and innovative thinking. This role requires someone who can help define and solve complex marketing problems through creative solutions.

Responsibilities

Conceive big campaign ideas and event experiences.
Create and lead presentations that effectively communicate design solutions.
Design creative campaigns, e-books, email materials, and social campaigns.
Develop and execute webpages and presentations.
Create immersive experiences for major events like Dreamforce.
Provide clear creative direction and feedback to external partners.

Requirements

Promote collaboration between clients and the creative department.
Lead with a strong understanding of the brand and industry trends.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Express ideas clearly and professionally.
Show willingness to learn and understand the business of internal clients and external customers.
Work with vendors and freelancers to provide clear direction and feedback.

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Working knowledge of AI workflows, especially Google Gemini and Nano Banana.
Familiarity with After Effects is a plus.

Pay Transparency

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $50.00 - $54.00 /hour. Overtime is applicable at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for hours worked beyond 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offers are determined by relevant skills, education, and experience.
