Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce marketing materials across digital and print mediums.
• Develop compelling campaigns that align with strategic business objectives.
• Interpret creative briefs and collaborate with internal teams during the concept phase.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to deadlines and priorities.
• Present ideas and designs professionally to internal teams and business leaders.
• Elevate and evolve creative concepts, ensuring adherence to graphic and brand standards.
• Stay current with design trends and share insights with the creative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in digital or graphic design, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency, in-house, or corporate setting.
• A portfolio showcasing print and digital executions relevant to the role.

Skills

• Strong conceptual and production design skills.
• Proficiency in various graphics software.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
