Responsibilities

  • Design and execute PowerPoint pitch books and client presentations
  • Apply and update client templates to presentations with consistency and technical formatting
  • Create company branded and client charts, graphs, tables, icons, and other infographics
  • Create fully functional client-branded PowerPoint templates
  • Implement design principles such as layout, alignment, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy to create visually appealing and effective presentations
  • Perform photo retouching and photo manipulation
  • Perform logo creation, recreation, or vectorization
  • Design or recreate highly detailed and complex maps
  • Design print collateral (invitations, signage, and banners)
  • Format Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents
  • Handle other similar presentation design or document formatting requests

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar capacity designing and editing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, along with Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Strong knowledge and experience designing infographics, charts, tables, and graphs
  • Ability to work independently on projects or collaboratively as a team player, integrating with diverse teams and varying ideas
  • Ability to translate ideas into professional, aesthetically pleasing layouts while maintaining company identity standards
  • Proficiency with a job ticketing system and the ability to work well under pressure, making quick, sound decisions
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility and openness to changing priorities, managing multiple tasks simultaneously within tight deadlines
  • Strong research skills, knowing where to look and managing time efficiently
  • Strong aptitude to acclimatize and learn quickly
