As a highly skilled designer, you will transform intricate data into compelling visual narratives, shaping how critical information is perceived and understood by key stakeholders. You will enhance the clarity and impact of financial communications, contributing directly to the strategic success of the organization and its clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute PowerPoint pitch books and client presentations
- Apply and update client templates to presentations with consistency and technical formatting
- Create company branded and client charts, graphs, tables, icons, and other infographics
- Create fully functional client-branded PowerPoint templates
- Implement design principles such as layout, alignment, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy to create visually appealing and effective presentations
- Perform photo retouching and photo manipulation
- Perform logo creation, recreation, or vectorization
- Design or recreate highly detailed and complex maps
- Design print collateral (invitations, signage, and banners)
- Format Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents
- Handle other similar presentation design or document formatting requests
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar capacity designing and editing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, along with Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Strong knowledge and experience designing infographics, charts, tables, and graphs
- Ability to work independently on projects or collaboratively as a team player, integrating with diverse teams and varying ideas
- Ability to translate ideas into professional, aesthetically pleasing layouts while maintaining company identity standards
- Proficiency with a job ticketing system and the ability to work well under pressure, making quick, sound decisions
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and openness to changing priorities, managing multiple tasks simultaneously within tight deadlines
- Strong research skills, knowing where to look and managing time efficiently
- Strong aptitude to acclimatize and learn quickly
