- Development Director: Serves as a key leadership team member and makes strategic decisions affecting the organization. Develops processes, strategies, and programs to identify, cultivate, track, and solicit funding sources.
- Child and Family Advocate: Provides crisis support and case management for families of children who have experienced abuse or witnessed violence/crimes.
- Therapist: Provides therapy for children and some adults, develops trauma-focused treatment plans, and reduces the effect of trauma on children and caregivers.
- Crisis Intervention Specialist: Supports school counselors and staff by providing crisis intervention services in addressing suspicions and disclosures of abuse and/or neglect from students. Requires a minimum bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, and experience in social service fields.
- Child and Family Coordinator: Maintains a welcoming, child-friendly, and safe environment for children and families visiting the CAC for forensic interviews.
- Prevention Education Specialist: Delivers school and community-based presentations on child abuse prevention topics for mandated reporters, parents, and children of preschool through high school age. Attends community meetings and participates in community events.
- Forensic Interviewer: Conducts developmentally and culturally appropriate forensic interviews for children, adolescents, and developmentally disabled adults who are victims of sexual abuse, physical abuse, or who have witnessed a crime. Responds to subpoenas and testifies in court when requested.
- Grants Manager: Secures, manages, and evaluates a comprehensive grant program, including efforts to meet annual operating budgets, supporting program expansion opportunities, forecasting grant performance, overseeing grant compliance, and managing internal and external relationships.
