Grants Coordinator
About the role
This is an entry-level position and is based out of Portland, OR. Your Role:
- Collect and analyze technical, grant, and project data; perform computations; prepare tabulations, graphs, technical studies, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Cook up internal and external meetings, manage correspondence with stakeholders, and assist with advising stakeholders on grant, program, policy, and regulatory requirements.
- Review, track, and maintain grant applications, project requests, reimbursement submissions, reporting documents, and grant information within systems of record while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Support grant administration activities, including grant writing, monitoring program activities, developing cost estimates, reconciling costs, and preparing funding reimbursement documentation.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews of grants- and project-related documents, and prepare letters and other materials for approval.
- Aid in project planning, site assessments, fee proposal development, scope-of-work preparation, and specification development.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and technical communications, and provide technical writing support for grant and project initiatives.
- Support project coordination and document control efforts by maintaining databases, tracking project submittals, managing project logs, and organizing project records.

Requirements
EXPERIENCE:0-2 Years of professional experience in a related technical field.
EDUCATION:Completion of Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university

SPECIAL SKILLS:Experience developing technical writings and reports.

Pay
Expected compensation range is between $60,000 - $70,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
