About the role
The Grants Administrator will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of grant administration, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and supporting the organization’s fundraising efforts.
Responsibilities
- Manage grant applications and reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant funding agency guidelines
- Coordinate with external funders and internal departments to secure grants
- Prepare and submit grant proposals and reports
- Oversee grant-funded projects and monitor progress
- Develop and maintain grant-related databases
- Provide administrative support to the Grants Committee
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in grant management or related field
- Strong knowledge of federal and state grant programs
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
