Responsibilities
- Aid the Director of Administrative Services with projects, events, reports, record-keeping, and administration of the Business Office Department.
- Maintain student accounts and files to ensure compliance with accrediting criteria and completeness with necessary documentation.
- Manage purchasing records for the school bookstore, verifying and inventorying all books, tools, and uniform orders.
- Distribute books and uniforms to students as part of the distribution process.
- Prepare and submit weekly bank deposits to financial institutions.
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours, including until 7 pm twice a week.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in producing reports and correspondence.
- Customer-focused attitude with a desire to assist and serve.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
About the Role
Collaborate with campus teams to enhance the student experience and foster a positive learning environment that promotes growth and success.
This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 3-4 months.
