What You’ll Be Doing

  • Affirms Grant Manager with implementing State and Federal grant programs, including creation, outreach, and award.
  • Tracks all details associated with grant implementation.
  • Ensures grant recipients comply with State and Federal rules and regulations regarding grant expenditures.
  • Accurately prepares and submits required state program and fiscal reports.
  • Closely manages all facets of grant management, including cost controls, tracking systems, and budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Determines priorities and schedules.
  • Analyzes grant applications and recommends approval or disapproval.
  • Disseminates information to all stakeholders and educates clients on grant programs.
  • Provides timely updates on grant projects and informs the Grant Manager of any concerns related to their progress.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with administering State of Ohio and Federal grant programs from inception to execution.
  • Proven results in organizing data, tracking grant logistics, and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Grant administration savvy and detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to positively influence diverse groups in business and government settings.
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively.
