- Loop Legal – Legal aid, record expungement & advocacy
- Loop Youth – After-school programs, sports, arts & youth mentorship
- Loop Health – Mental health, wellness, and community health access
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify grant opportunities across foundations, corporations, and government sources.
- Write, edit, and submit compelling letters of inquiry (LOIs), proposals, and reports.
- Collaborate with program directors to develop accurate budgets and data-driven narratives.
- Maintain an organized grants pipeline and reporting calendar in Zoho Projects.
- Support post-award tracking and outcome reporting for funded programs.
- Help build our grants database and reusable templates to scale future applications.
Qualifications
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to connect program goals with measurable impact outcomes.
- Experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or grant writing (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently in a collaborative remote environment (via Zoho and Slack).
