Our National Conversation (ONC) is a non-partisan media nonprofit comprised of student interns and volunteers. Our goal is Less Hate, More Debate. We aim to spread this message and get today's culture away from negativity, finger-pointing, rage-baiting, etc. Powered by America’s youth, we host a media outlet, produce educational materials and facilitate dialogue intended to make America a better country.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential grant opportunities
• Create compelling grant proposals
• Work closely with the team to ensure all aspects of the proposal meet funding requirements
• Maintain relationships with current funders and explore new opportunities
• Support in other areas such as HR and marketing as needed

Requirements

• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in media and social issues
• Experience with grant writing or related field preferred

Qualifications

• College student or recent grad
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
