Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of our development and fundraising strategy
- Research and identify grant funding opportunities aligned with our mission
- Create persuasive grant proposals from start to finish
- Prepare and organize required supporting documents for funders
- Collaborate with the President on submissions and reports
- Contribute to the creation of our annual report
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Grant Writer or similar fundraising role
- Track record of meeting or exceeding funding targets
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and/or Google Workspace
- Strong knowledge of fundraising research tools and resources
- Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Communications, or related field
