Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Services, Gerontology, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (Master's Preferred).
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in grant or contract management, nonprofit operations, project management, compliance, policy development, or a related area.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with contract management and subrecipient monitoring.
- Experience supporting or managing RFPs or procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and grant reporting systems.
- Experience working with diverse, underserved, and rural populations.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with federal, state, or foundation grant compliance and reporting requirements.
- A background in nonprofit grant coordination, program management, or advancement.
- Experience organizing and presenting data or financial information.
- A solid understanding of nonprofit budgeting and the basics of fund accounting.
Work Schedule
This position works, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with two-three in office days per week and remaining time spent working from home or in the community. This position may require some nights and weekend schedules.
Employees must meet specific internet criteria including demonstrated high speed connect ability and the ability to meet privacy and security standards with secure (password protected) internet and demonstrate successful performance.
