What You'll Do

• Build and grow relationships with local grain producers.
• Possess prospecting new business through cold calling and in-person farm visits.
• Purchase grain directly from producers.
• Provide grain market updates and marketing recommendations.
• Cook up grain logistics and transportation coordination.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while growing your territory.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• One to two years of grain merchandising, grain origination, or grain industry experience.
• A self-motivated individual with a competitive, sales-driven mindset.
• Comfortable making cold calls and developing new customer relationships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for agriculture and serving the farming community.
