Salary range is estimated based on potential overtime hours plus train loading incentives and may vary. Position qualifies for a first-year retention bonus.
What You'll Do
- Load and unload grain products
- Aid in operating grain elevators
- Build relationships with local customers in the area
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs
- Maintain and monitor grain quality
- Assist with loading trains
- May help at other locations in the area
- Operate equipment and obtain certifications
