About the role

woodallgrain is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Grain Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grain handling, storage, and quality control, with experience in risk management and market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including receiving, storing, and shipping grain products.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Analyze market trends and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement training programs for new employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in grain handling and quality control.
• Experience in risk management and market analysis.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of grain handling and storage practices.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
