Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds including cleaning the lot, moving snow, spraying weeds, and mowing grass.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Aid in equipment maintenance.
• Perform soil sampling as needed.
• Communicate daily activities, needs, and accomplishments with management.

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED; may be offset by experience.
• Prior ag experience a plus.
• Required overtime as the season demands.
• Basic mechanical skills for daily maintenance of equipment preferred.

Physical Demands

• Stay in good physical condition to regularly lift more than 50 pounds.
• Climb ladders.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities.
• Perform other physical duties necessary in running an agricultural location.
• Regularly walk, stand, lift, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, handle, feel, and grasp.
