Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds including cleaning the lot, moving snow, spraying weeds, and mowing grass.
- Ensure safety compliance.
- Aid in equipment maintenance.
- Perform soil sampling as needed.
- Communicate daily activities, needs, and accomplishments with management.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED; may be offset by experience.
- Prior ag experience a plus.
- Required overtime as the season demands.
- Basic mechanical skills for daily maintenance of equipment preferred.
Physical Demands
- Stay in good physical condition to regularly lift more than 50 pounds.
- Climb ladders.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities.
- Perform other physical duties necessary in running an agricultural location.
- Regularly walk, stand, lift, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, handle, feel, and grasp.
