Graduate Technical Intern

About the role

Early in your technical career and wondering what you want to do? We are offering 2 people the chance to work across a number of our business units. You will have the opportunity to solve technical problems both remotely and on client-site with a number of our exciting global customers. If you already have diverse skills and a drive to succeed but would like exposure to a variety of revenue streams that propel a tech company's growth, this might be for you. This program is designed to expose you to and develop across the multiple facets of a technology business so you can cultivate the career path that best aligns with you.

Responsibilities

• Work with our engineering team on a range of software-related challenges
• Work with our customer-facing teams—Solutions and Support—to understand the importance of a “customer-centric” mindset and the challenges we aim to solve with our product suite
• Have the opportunity to rotate teams to obtain different experiences and shape your career
• Have the opportunity to travel to client locations across the globe (US, EMEA, South America)

Qualifications

• A computer science degree, STEM background, or engineering skills in one commonly used programming language

Skills

• Genuine interest and passion for video technology
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand complex technical problems with relentless curiosity
• Motivation to work for a start-up and try your hand at many disciplines
• Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
• Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes

Pay

Compensation: $45,000–$55,000 USD annualized, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications. Compensation will be pro-rated for the duration of the internship.
