About the role

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for qualifying and routing inbound leads across three channels: self-service and inside sales. This role involves frequent engagement with prospects through phone calls, emails, live chat, and internal tools such as Slack and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and route inbound leads through two channels: self-service and inside sales.
  • Engage with prospects across phone calls, emails, and live chat on the website, as well as internal tools like Slack and Salesforce.
  • Measure quota by the number of demonstrations booked and completed at the subsequent stage of the process.
  • Achieve >=95% of monthly targets since starting.

Requirements

  • Confident and clear communication skills, with excellent writing and presentation skills over email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person.
  • Excellent task organization and prioritization skills, able to multi-task efficiently.
  • Patience working in an industry where not all users are tech-savvy.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience with modern tooling such as CRMs, health scoring, live chat, and knowledge bases.
  • Experience conducting customer meetings digitally (e.g., Zoom/Teams) and/or physically (in person/face to face with customers).

Skills

  • Confident and clear communication skills.
  • Excellent task organization and prioritization skills.
  • Patience working in an industry where not all users are tech-savvy.

Pay

Employment Salary: OTE
Remuneration: $70,000 to $100,000
Base Salary: $40,000 to $60,000
Commission: $30,000 to $40,000

Remote and hybrid options, plus the ability to work from anywhere for several weeks each year.
