About the role
We are seeking a graduate to join our team in Atlanta. The primary responsibilities include:
- Learning our platform thoroughly
- Assisting customers on the usage of our software
- Documenting platform features and enhancements
- Working with our development team on implementing changes and testing
- Auxiliary support on various projects as needed
Responsibilities
- Understand our software platform
- Suggest enhancements to improve customer experience
- Take inbound phone calls, web inquiries, and online chats to support customers
- Project assistance for software implementations, new feature development, and testing
Requirements
- Preferred Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or Data Science degree
- Independent, proactive, and task-oriented personality
- Friendly with the ability to relate well to people
- Strong attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer literacy (Excel, Word)
