Graduate Coordinator (Multiple Positions)

About the role

The Graduate Coordinator works with Directors of Graduates, Academic Unit Heads and Graduate Faculty to support the College of Agriculture, Life & Environmental Sciences (CALES) graduate programs with recruitment, applications, orientation, and various other activities throughout the academic year. The Graduate Coordinator also helps their assigned graduate programs in guiding graduate students in successfully integrating into the institution's environment and thriving academically. Graduate Coordinators will also liaise with CALES and the Graduate College to ensure College and University level policies are considered and to ensure alignment with strategies and policies.

Responsibilities

• Supports the recruitment, applications, and orientation of graduate students for CALES programs
• Guides graduate students in integrating into the institution's environment and achieving academic success
• Liaises with CALES and the Graduate College to ensure alignment with policies and strategies
