Graduate Assistant (Multiple Positions)

Summary of Job Duties

  • Notify the appropriate chair, graduate coordinator and/or supervisor when absent
  • Work with diverse populations
  • Cookordinate long-term, multi-layered projects that require collaboration with others inside and outside of your office
  • Organize different projects
  • Be accessible to students or colleagues through email and scheduled appointments
  • Prepare materials as needed as determined by chair, graduate coordinator, and/or supervisor
  • Maintain records and meet deadlines as required by administration
  • Respect confidentiality of all individuals
  • Comport with FERPA requirements
  • Aid with other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher education
  • Regular admission to a UA Little Rock graduate degree program or good standing with the UA Little Rock Graduate School for continuing graduate students
  • Ability to work the required hours (FT-50% - 20 hours per week/PT-25% - 10 hours per week) with regular attendance
